Oddcast is a web-based platform which allows you to take a photo of yourself, and animate it.  You can do that here, but be prepared — it's creepy. Trekyourself.com has taken the Oddcast platform, allowing you to, well, Trek yourself. It's still creepy.  Especially the way the eyes follow the mouse.
