Gunman shot through the glass door to the office and opened fire on multiple employees. Can’t say much more and don’t want to declare anyone dead, but it’s bad.

UPDATE: NBC now saying 5 fatalities. AP now too.
LATE UPDATE — Shooter identified, despite having damaged his fingerprints to avoid being identified. He’s a nutjob who had a grudge against the newspaper for years (he unsuccessfully sued them for defamation in 2012 after it printed a brief item about his arrest for cyberstalking and harassment)
NEW: The Capital Gazette shooter, Jarrod Ramos, was the subject of a Capital article in which he's described threatening and harassing a woman on Facebook.
According to the article, he had pleaded guilty in 2011 to a misdemeanor harassment charge. pic.twitter.com/NFSuuiycRx
