Ten minutes: The time it took Maryland Zoo's prarie dogs to escape from their new $500,000 habitat which was essentially 80 truckloads of sand and clay built over a large concrete bowl (to prevent burrowing), with waist-high glass walls (coated with material to make it slippery) and wire fencing.
