Remember the Bush line that he spouted for most of 2006?  "I’ll listen to my military leaders on the ground."

Well, General George Casey, the top commander in Baghdad, has — for the past several weeks — urged withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq.

Does Bush listen?

Nope.  He kicks Casey off.
